I really do not like my landlords.
They are terrible, penny pinching people.
And, recently, I found out that they are dishonest too; When I first moved into this rental home my associate and I did a walk through together & I noted all of the complications that the home had prior to my moving in. The greatest issue that I saw was that the vents for the Heating & Air Conditioning system were so rusty that rust was really running down the wall. I noted this in my report & my associate and I both signed off on the walk through. Now, 4 months later, the Heating & Air Conditioning system has stopped laboring. I told my landlords & they are trying to make me pay for it. When I brought up the complications on the walk through they claimed that there were no complications. Then they sent me a clean, signed walkthrough list. I can’t assume it! Thank God I kept a copy of our real walkthrough that shows all of the complications with the house. I bet I end up needing it in court sooner rather than later because I am not going to be paying to repair the Heating & Air Conditioning system. That is their job. If they don’t do it, then I will have grounds to cut my lease. I am really hoping that they don’t repair the Heating & Air Conditioning system. I want to cut my lease & find a better home somewhere else. I absolutely won’t rent a stadium with rusty vents & a bunch of other unfixed complications next time. That is a huge orange flat that the landlords don’t take regular care of their Heating & Air Conditioning system or condo in general.
