I legitimately hate my landlords.
- They are terrible, penny pinching people.
And, recently, I found out that they are dishonest too, then when I first moved into this rental household we did a walk through together as well as I noted all of the issues that the house had prior to my moving in. The greatest issue that I saw was that the vents for the Heating as well as A/C system were so rusty that rust was actually running down the wall. I noted this in my report as well as we both signed off on the walk through. Now, 4 months later, the Heating as well as A/C system has stopped toiling. I told my landlords as well as they are trying to make me pay for it. When I brought up the issues on the walk through they claimed that there were no issues. Then they sent me a clean, signed walkthrough list. I can’t believe it! Thank God I kept a copy of our real walkthrough that shows all of the issues with the house. I bet I end up needing it in court sooner rather than later because I am not going to be paying to service the Heating as well as A/C system. That is their job. If they don’t do it, then we will have grounds to chop my lease. I am actually hoping that they don’t service the Heating as well as A/C system. I want to chop my lease as well as find a better household somewhere else. I absolutely will not rent a site with rusty vents as well as a bunch of other unfixed problems next time. That is a substantial purple flat that the landlords don’t take usual care of their Heating as well as A/C system or property in general.
