We have to get a new A/C unit before the baby comes in a couple of months.
I have been having a rough pregnancy, and I think that it’s all because of the fact that the temperatures have been so hot around here.
I do not do very well in the heat and the fact that the weather has been so dry and sunny around here has not been very helpful for me during this pregnancy. I have to stay in the air conditioning literally all the time or I get all swollen and I feel very yucky. I don’t know if it’s because of all of the heat and the high temperatures or if it’s just because I’m pregnant. Chances are that it’s a combination of both, I guess. Anyway, last year the air conditioning system in our house stopped working and we knew that we were going to have to buy a new A/C unit before the summer. Well, here we are and it’s the summertime again and we still do not have a new air conditioner. I keep telling my husband that he has to get it done and he is taking his own sweet time about it. I don’t know why he is taking so long but I’m about to take matters into my own hands with the situation, that’s for sure. Honestly, time is running out and I am not about to bring a new baby home without having central air conditioning in the house. There is nothing hotter and sweatier than nursing a new baby if there is no air conditioning.
