I never knew that my family had a beach house! Growing up my fantastic friend and I only ever went to the beach once or twice a year.

It wasn’t until I started looking for an apartment near university that my Dad advocated that maybe I could live in the beach house. That is when I found out that my fantastic friend and I had a beach home ever since my uncle passed away. Apparently she left it to my Dad over 20 years ago. I was super enthusiastic because I adore the beach plus the beach home is only 10 miles from my school. I drove down to check it out. Needless to say, the beach home requires a lot of work. It has been all but abandoned for over 20 years. It needs a new roof, some window repair, plus it needs a brand new Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. My Dad said that if I service up the outdated beach home that she will sign it over to me, but yes, that is going to cost me quite a bit of cash but Dad is willing to loan the cash to me. I was hesitant to take out another loan when I am already going to need to get a loan to go to university. However I would have had to spend money rent anyway so I might as well put my cash towards a home I can entirely keep. I got the roof plus windows fixed up first. Then I hired an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company to come out plus completely update the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. They asked me what I wanted plus I had easily no idea. Thankfully the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C companys were undoubtedly helpful in helping me option out an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system with a high SEER rating for my beach house.
