It would be a fantastic way to have a holiday condo that paid for itself.
My associate and I made sure to have is furnished with just about everything a renter would need with the exception of their food and linens. My associate and I even purchased kayaks for the lake that they could use. My associate and I only used the condo in what would be considered the “off season” because my buddy and I didn’t want to limit the renters from their choices dring prime holiday times, however since the weather was consistently mild while my buddy and I were there, my buddy and I were able to have the windows and doors open. My associate and I seldom used the Heating and A/C system. If my buddy and I did turn on the heat or a/c it was only while my buddy and I were sleeping. For this reason, my buddy and I never noticed the problem with the windows. My associate and I started getting weekly bills for the utilities during the rental season and couldn’t know how high they were. When my sibling went to check it out he found that the Heating and A/C system was running almost non stop! He checked the control component and it seemed fine. He then noticed a draft in the family room and found that the windows were not sealed correctly. The Heating and A/C system was running so taxing because the freezing air from outside was penetrating the windows. My associate and I called a local business to repair the problem and then had the Heating and A/C system tested. My associate and I figured it had been toiling so taxing that my buddy and I might as well have it tuned up and make sure it wasn’t harmd.
