As a retired janitor at our towns local high school, you could say that I still carry a lot of my skills & work mentality from my old job to my condo now.
I’m a stickler when it comes to any kind of repairs that need to be done around the house.
I try to get them repaired the day of, then now as a retiree & that I have a lot more time on my hands, I’m able to get things done around the condo a lot quicker. Not to mention, I do a lot of reading on condo & landscaping ideas & new technology that is out in stores. The technology that I’m really interested in getting installed in my condo is an Heating, Ventilation & A/C whole-condo air purifier. I currently have an HEPA air filter installed in my condo however to be even-handed I don’t think that is enough to increase the air quality in my condo & eliminate contaminants & viruses that are in the air. In a lot of my readings I have study that there are multiple odd types of whole-condo air purifiers. The odd types are: air purification systems, media plus PCO air cleaners, electronic air cleaners, & combination units. In my opinion I have worked strenuous for multiple years & I know what it’s like to work & live in environments that do not have good air quality. I am easily susceptible to allergens in the air & I currently have asthma as well. Being in environments that don’t have good air quality, really impacts my life & I experience the symptoms for days or weeks later. As I was reading it seems like the combination unit is the best type of whole-condo air purifier for my heating ventilation & air conditioning system.
