Pollen and allergies, a humidifier and air filter can subside it

Because spring is here there is so much pollen in the air.

Not to mention there are a lot of honeybees who have started their process in making honey. Therefore we have a lot more pollen than previous years because we have developed three more honey colonies this year in my backyard. The bees carry a lot of pollen and carry it within their wings to make their honeycombs and honey. Pollen also brings unwanted allergies as well. My daughter has to take allergy medication each day because her allergies prevent her from breathing good. What I do in my home to make sure her allergies subside and the pollen in our house minimal is by cleaning my house extensively. I will vacuum my house and also hire someone to professionally clean too. I will even call of my local HVAC technician to see if there are other ways to install heating and cooling options to prevent my daughter’s allergies. One of the ways that my HVAC technician recommended was a humidifier. He said the humidifier would leave out any dry air, helping my daughter breathe much better. He also told me that I need to keep changing out my air filter. My air filter gets really clogged up especially during the spring time because I do not change it out during the winter or fall. One of the ways that could prevent a clogged air filter is by keep changing the air filter every three months. When my HVAC technician recently just changed my air filter he saw a lot of clogged up particles that should not be in my home.
