I’ve always had a green thumb, it was my grandfather that got me really interested in gardening and through him I wanted to continue the tradition.
It was such a fun thing for me to do, I love seeing the progress of the plants that I planned to plant.
There’s a challenge for you, try saying that three times fast, plants that I planned to plant. I came up with that one all by myself. Anyways, I really love to garden but unfortunately the summer heat has been really taking a toll on my plants. Unfortunately, my plants can’t run inside and relax under the Sweet air conditioning system like I can every time it gets hot. They’re stuck out there in the sun no matter what happens, but it doesn’t have to be that way and I was trying to do what I could do to stop it from killing them. It’s funny how they need sunlight too much is deadly. My plan was first to create some shade for them, so I did that by sheltering them from the Sun. Then I came outside everyday and watered them. Sometimes I’m really hot days I would even water them a couple times, and while I did have a few that were wilting they did survive the summer heat which was a great relief. I’m thinking about next year when I go to garden trying to grow plants indoors and having them next to the window so they can get some natural sunlight. This way I can avoid the issue with having to worry about the sun killing my plans and they can enjoy the cool indoor air like I do.
