Update the Heating, Ventilation & A/C first

I’ve never been the type of guy to spend cash on replaced or extra things that come with a particular product or service, then for an example when I obtained my automobile last year there were so multiple add-ons & extras that I could purchase for my new automobile for an extra few hundred dollars & i opted out because i didn’t see the sense of having to have a sunroof or leather seats or seat warmers, then all this extra luxurious add ons is just another expense that I will have to worry about if it ends up splitting.

An example of this was when I had my heating & cooling system maintained by my local Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker… I have my worker come over at least twice a year just to make sure that my heating, ventilation & air conditioning system is working respectfully… When I had my busy maintenance appointment with my Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker, he tried to sell me other services that they gave.

For example an extra maintenance run schedule for them to come & take a look at my unit & an add on whole-condo air purifier for my heating ventilation & cooling system! To be even-handed I really didn’t want to have an add on whole-condo air purifier to my Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. This was going to be a thousand dollars added to my heating & cooling repair bill… Plus if anything went wrong it would be another repair call that I would have to make resulting in more cash & repair fees. This add on whole-condo air purifier extra maybe beneficial for people who aren’t cheapskates like me, however I would rather spend my cash on other things & not on my Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. This decision could result in a drawback outcome for me in the near future however at the moment I don’t think it’s necessary for my home.
