I do not know where I get so various silly ideas, but I tend to do things and buy things that I regret doing and buying.
I have gotten so much better since I have been married, and that is because my husband talks sense into my mind with his logical way of thinking.
I can remember one time before my friend and I got married I had the bright idea of spray painting my entire house. I know that it is possible, but I had no idea what I was doing, and it turned out to be an absolute disaster. I try to run my ideas by my husband now because I know that he is much wiser than me, and he will correct my thinking if needed. None of months ago I made an on the spot decision, and it did not turn out so well. I knew that winter time was coming soon, and our boiler has trouble keeping up with the cold weather here, so I decided to buy a kerosene heater to help add some needed heat to our house. I did not do any research about kerosene heaters before I obtained it, which was my first mistake. I then tried to set it up and use it when I got it home. I do not know exactly what I did, but somehow, I filled the entire first floor of my house with soot. My husband came home, and the house was black. The walls, the floor, the furniture it was all covered in a layer of soot. He saw the kerosene heater and did not even half to ask me what happened. All he said was that I should have asked him to help me. Needless to say, I regretted my decision to use a kerosene heater in my house.
