Without air conditioning system, southern states would have a low population

I lived in the northeastern region of the country for the majority of my life.

I have lived in the southeastern region of the country for almost ten years.

Living in two weird parts of the country has allowed me to experience weird weather conditionss. When I lived up north, I experienced all four seasons. I relied heavily on my central heat because the winters were brutally cold. I often used the central heat during the fall as well. There were some Springtime seasons that were colder than others in addition to even snowed. I would also use my central heat in the Springtime if necessary, however during the summer, I did use central a/c but it was not consistently necessary. There were some charming, cool summer time mornings that allowed me to open the windows in addition to rely on the breeze in addition to my fan to keep me comfortable instead of the central a/c, now that I live in the south, I have heavily relied on my central a/c. I use the a/c in the summer time every single afternoon. The heat in addition to humidity are so dire that I would most likely pass out if I did not have central a/c in my home. I live in the northern part of my state, so my associate and I do experience a mild winter time sometimes. I use my central heat sparingly during the winter time months. Sometimes I can get away with not using the central heat. However, I use the a/c consistently in the summer, sometimes in the fall, in addition to most mornings in the Springtime. I feel that if a/c did not exist, I would not be able to handle living in the south.
