My friend and I only used the condo in what would be considered the “off season” because my friend and I didn’t want to limit the occupants from their choices dring prime trip times, since the weather was typically mild while my friend and I were there, my friend and I were able to have the windows and doors open. My friend and I seldom used the Heating and Air Conditioning system. If my friend and I did turn on the heat or air conditioning system it was only while my friend and I were sleeping. For this reason, my friend and I never noticed the concern with the windows. My friend and I started getting yearly bills for the utilities during the rental season and couldn’t think how high they were. When my sibling went to check it out he found that the Heating and Air Conditioning system was running almost non stop, and he checked the temperature control and it seemed fine. He then noticed a draft in the family room and found that the windows were not sealed properly. The Heating and Air Conditioning system was running so hard because the chilly air from outside was penetrating the windows. My friend and I called a local company to service the concern and then had the Heating and Air Conditioning system serviced. My friend and I figured it had been working so hard that my friend and I might as well have it tuned up and make sure it wasn’t harmd.
